Just learned that Alton Brown will be appearing at the Museum of Science and Industry (an appropriate place if there ever was one) on March 15. Sadly, tickets are $40, which seems a bit steep for an hour-long lecture, a Q&A, and a book signing. Think I'll pass. Would have been nice to see him several years ago before he was a cornerstone of the Food Network.
